Obituary for Margaret A. Canniff

Margaret A.  Canniff
Margaret Canniff, 83, of Tampa, passed away on September 20, 2017 after a 5 year battle with Alzheimer’s. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Canniff; and siblings, Johnny and Mary. She is survived by her children, Grace Fultz (Steve), Theresa Merriam (Bill), Cathy Stahl (Todd), and Phil Canniff (Karen); sisters, Patty and Carroll; brother, Joe; and grandchildren, William Merriam (30), Spencer Merriam (28), Austin Merriam(23), Hunter Merriam (18), Erica Stahl (16), and Alyssa Stahl (12). Margaret was a homemaker who served as a foster mom to 9 infants. She was an ardent Right to Life advocate who served in many different roles at Epiphany of Our Lord. She was a volunteer with Daystar and Cursillo. Margaret played volleyball and was a fun loving athlete. There will be a visitation on Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Adams & Jennings Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 10:00 am Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church 10110 N Central Ave, Tampa, 33612. She will be laid to rest at Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
