Edith  Doyle
DOYLE, Edith (Edie) 82, passed with peace and grace on August 11, 2017 in the comfort of her home. Edith was born in 1934 in Easton, MA. Edith was the daughter of Francis H. and Bronwen Bussey.

She was predeceased by her husband Francis in 2013; her brother Harvey (Hazel); grandson Bryan Ridgeway and step-mother Jean.

She is survived by her son William (Jayne); daughter Bronwen Ridgeway (Mark); daughter Cathie Moore (Wes); daughter Candy Ridgeway (Paul); son Jon (Ruth); son Patrick; daughter Tia Bowles and daughter Crystal; grandchildren Dwan Wilson (James), Marie Rushlo (Shane), Alicia Mavridoglou (Aris), Jason Moore (Emily), Cherice Greo (James), Erin Doyle, Brandon Ridgeway, Trey Ridgeway (Kourtney), Travis Moore (Jessica), Jake Moore (Mallory), Amanda Pollard (Tim), Garrett Ridgeway (Meghan), Kelsey Ridgeway, Caitlin Ridgeway, Chance Doyle, Natalya Hagen, Akira Hagen, Avianna Ashley, Kalani Ashley, Avery Ashley and Jayden Hudgins; great-grandchildren Bryson, Aubrey, Brooklyn, Myah, Ayden, Ava, Jayleigh, Raelyn and Louie; sister Ann Legge and several nieces and nephews.

Edith moved to Florida in the 60’s, where she raised her children, and made a life with her husband. Edith worked as a waitress, office manager, and foster parent. During their life Fran and Edie opened their house to several children from neighboring children, foreign exchange students, to foster children. They always had a house full of children.

Edith will be remembered as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter and a loving friend to so many people. She will be missed. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, from 4 to 5:30 pm with a memorial service to follow at 5:30pm at Adams & Jennings Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice of Tampa Bay.
