Obituary for Frances Milligan

MILLIGAN, Frances Genie 89, of Tampa, died Dec. 9, 2016. Born in Glenwood, Georgia, retired as a meter maid with the City of Tampa, and is a member of Christian Fellowship Church, Tampa. Survivors include; Daughters, Brenda White and Sharon Whitaker (Michael); Son, Charles Langford; Brother, Eugene Burns; Grandchildren; Courtney Simmons (Kevin), Sean Whitaker, Mikie White, and Christopher Langford (Devin); Great-grandchildren,Angelina White, Mikie White, Jade Langford and Kash Langford; Pre-deceased by, Beloved Husband, James Milligan, Loving son, Timothy Langford, four brothers and 1 sister. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10am until 11am. The service is 11am at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery with Rev. Eddy Williams conducting the service.
