David and Todd St. John- Fulton

Todd and I have great memories of our time when we lived on lambight two doors down around the corner from Mr. and Mrs. Hicks. During the twelve years there we got to know Mary and Bill and Jimmy lived right down the street from us. They both were truly great neighbors and we had many talks during that time we lived there. I recall the first talk and the heart felt welcome they both gave us when we moved into the neighborhood. They talked about the trips to North Carolina and their cabin there. When jimmy was gone on vacation they would walk down to his home to check things out and I remember one night they asked if I could get a street light up because of the dark area when they walked back home. I was able to get the light up and they were very grateful. Mr Hicks was fascinated about the garage that I was building and I welcomed them to come and check it out. They were great neighbors and I never forgot them. To jimmy and family I’m truly sorry for your loss of your mom and what a life to live to 96. She was a sweet lady and we will always remember her that way and your dad was an amazing man too. They both reminded me of my parents. She is with your dad once again because a love like they had should never be separated. One day we will all be together again. May she Rest In Peace in the hereafter and she and your dad catch up on times they missed together. We loved that neighborhood and the Hicks made the neighborhood. Our thoughts are with you all. Your mom was a beautiful lady.
