John S. Metcalf
John S. Metcalf, 95, transitioned on August 15, 2017. A FLorida resident for most of his life, John proudly served during WWII with the US Army Air Corp as aP-51 fighter pilot in the 375th Fighter Group. He later worked as a flight instructor, physicist, chemical engineer, small business owner, and motivational speaker. A long time member of Unity Church, John is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Dottie, 3 children, and 7 grandchildren.
