Spending the bulk of his life in and around the Washington DC/Fredericksburg, VA area, he joined several community-action lodges including the Moose, the Elks, and finally the Eagles. If there was a way to help in the community outreach of these brotherhoods, Mr. Kimball would find himself working hard, if not lead, these fellowships.

Mr. Kimball valued loyalty and friendship among all else. To all his family members, he was known as the one member you could count on to help and among his friends as the best friend they'd ever had.
