Patricia R. Dukat (Pat), 84 of Tampa passed away July 4, 2016.

Born July 1, 1932 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Casimir and Veronica Dukat. Pat was a loving and devoted daughter to her parents and family.

Member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, Tampa.

Survived by her loving brother Dennis (Camille) Dukat, Tampa.

Entombment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Milwaukee.
