42, of Tampa is survived by her loving family. A funeral service will be conducted 12 noon, Monday, September 22, 2014 at the Adams & Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with internment to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10am-12pm on Monday. Flowers are welcomed, however, those wishing may make donations to the American Cancer Society in Tammy's memory.
